Anyone who has met me knows that I love shoes — to the point where I could probably be on an episode of Hoarders. Come over and you'll find stilettos, wedges, pumps, flats, boots, etc., strewn about the house (to my mom's dismay). So, what fuels my passion?
You know summer is coming to an end when everyone starts heading back to school. When I found out it's my brother's last week in NY, I squeezed as much time as I could with him during the weekend: dinner, drinks and 1 AM munchout on Friday; shopping on Saturday. By Sunday, we were both tired and lounging around the house like bums. Here's my casual weekend outfit that I dressed up with pointed pumps.
Hi friends, it's been a while since I posted—mostly because I spent last week pulling myself out of the carefree summer mindset and refocusing on what's important. Still, there's always room for fun when one has a versatile closet! A few weeks ago I went shopping at the Zara on Lexington Avenue and stocked up on staple items for fall (boucle jacket, sequin cardigan and studded flats). At first glance, the one exception was a light chambray shirt with silky print sleeves, which seemed distinctly summer. However, I knew I had the perfect skirt and shoes in my wardrobe to style one shirt for two seasons. Look below for my summer and fall ensembles.
