Hello friends! How's your week going? I'm having a busy last week of June with a new Tuesday-Thursday stint at PR Consulting as a fashion intern for the Dries Von Noten, Maje and The Row accounts. Now I'm there Monday through Friday, doubling as a beauty and fashion intern. Even though I come home hungry, sore and exhausted everyday (especially today!), I can't thank PRC enough for the chance to work with brands I admire. Don't you agree that it's better to appreciate than complain? :)
As I mentioned in my last post, my pops shot a series of photos for me in our garden. Hope you enjoy look number two.
Blouse: River Island
I'm glad the weather finally cooled down after the intense heatwave last week! This outfit is perfect for days that are warm and breezy. In terms of colors, I balanced the electric blue and white print with neutral shades of burnt sienna and black—a four-part color scheme. Also, I always keep the shoes and accessories simple when I have an eye-catching print in the mix. Did anyone notice how the little elephant bangle matches the shorts? :)
For more color-combo and style inspirations, I like to browse the sets on Polyvore. I found two relevant sets: one that paired electric blue with a vibrant daffodil, and one that took inspiration from the pristine Mediterranean beaches. Same blue, different ways to match it. What do you think? How would you wear electric blue?
That's it for now...darn online Zara sale left me with five hours of sleep last night haha. Thanks for visiting and talk to you as soon as I get some beauty rest!
